TekMethods, LLC Welcomes Chip Galusha to its Technical Services Team
(Tampa, FL, USA) Tampa, Florida-based TekMethods, LLC, announced the addition of Chip Galusha to its team of IT Asset Management (ITAM) professionals. Mr. Galusha joins TekMethods as a Project Manager and will initially be leading the ITAM implementation for New York City Transit Authority.
According to Ian Davis, Director of Technical Services for TekMethods, "I'm happy to announce that Chip Galusha has joined our Technical Services group. Chip's 10+ years in the ITAM space makes him a great fit on our implementation team. His experience working within the retail, manufacturing, financial, and insurance categories is a big plus to the team." Chip Galusha started in ITAM helping BB&T to create its asset management program and most recently worked with Computer Associates. He has also worked with Janus Technologies, the developer of the Argis Asset Management repository. His career has included work in data mapping, process and procedures implementation, and ITAM consulting. Chip has worked on projects with Blockbuster, General Electric, ConAgra, Wachovia Bank, and The Hartford. Chip holds an MBA from East Carolina University, is ITIL Foundation certified, and a Certified IT Asset Manager.
TekMethods, LLC, is an IT Asset Management company, specializing in assisting organizations by assessing their technology management needs, providing tools and implementation expertise for managing the inventory, configuration, and contractuals governing the assets, as well as the eventual disposal of mature technology assets. IT Asset Management is a needed resource for financial, purchasing, and IT departments of regional and global organizations as they seek efficiency and profitability.
Chip Galusha's special interests include golfing and reading. He makes his home in Eastern North Carolina with his wife and 2 daughters.
